Franklin Delano Roosevelt Jr. (August 17, 1914 – August 17, 1988) was a Canadian-American lawyer, politician, and businessman. Charles "Chip" Eustis Bohlen (1904-1973), diplomat and Russian specialist, was born in Clayton, New York. After Bohlen took his B.A. at Harvard in 1927, he went on a world tour on a tramp ship.
